President 2026/27

Members congregated on Friday 21 August 2026 when the regular meeting also marked the annual commencement of a leadership change.

We were delighted to welcome our new President Eric Ralph (on the right) who is seen in the photograph below sporting the presidential chain of office and being congratulated by outgoing President Phil Gray.

Eric was unable to attend our AGM and it was a pleasure to see him back at Probus in a typically perky mood and with a characteristic grin on his face. This is Eric’s second term in office as President and we can only hope that the anecdotal jokes improve over time and with more practice!
